Responsible for the project's executive production and end-to-end operational management. A series of discussions focused on music, dance, and Black culture, offered free of charge through YouTube. The sessions were streamed live in real time.

Acts as the Head of the Project in Brazil, leading the end-to-end execution of nationwide initiatives while building and managing relationships with strategic commercial and creative partners.

Artist Janice Mascarenhas was selected for the **DAZED 100**, an annual recognition by the British magazine *Dazed* highlighting emerging creative talent. As part of the award, she produced the film *Anatomia da Diáspora* (*Anatomy of the Diaspora*), with **Mafalda Produções Ltda.** serving as Executive Producer and Marcela Ramos as Co-Director. The company also managed direct communication and coordination with the London-based DAZED team throughout the entire production process.

An educational initiative that trained women across multiple areas of cultural production through a series of free workshops. The project received funding through PROAC 2020 and was completed in late 2021, with Marcela Ramos serving as the project’s lead applicant.

Developed the cultural program and curated the musical lineup for artist Luiz Moreira's first solo exhibition, held at Casa França-Brasil in Rio de Janeiro.

Worked as a producer across multiple areas of the project, taking on roles in technical and executive production, overseeing setup and teardown operations, artist care, and creative curation.

Led the brand direction for five years, overseeing the coordination of seven national teams across six Brazilian states. During this period, managed and supported the label's exponential growth while serving as Executive Producer for more than 200 proprietary events of small, medium, and large scale.
